We are design professionals specialized in the design and construction of residential buildings, such as individual homes and condominiums. We are concerned with the aesthetic of a residential building as well as its functionality
We begin a project by meeting with the client to determine that client's individual design tastes, vision, and budget. We then draft up plans (called "blueprints") of the proposed design.
We are concerned with much more than the aesthetic of a home. We need to take into account zoning laws, environmental factors, and the structural stability of the building. We also need to design the electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling components of the building.
We oversee projects from their conceptual stages into completion, which means we work closely with contractors, homeowners, builders, and even interior designer.
Commercial architecture is its own field of design, with unique concerns and practices. It is architecture focused solely on buildings and spaces that are used for commercial purposes.
We work to understand the behavior of customers and others who interact with their client’s business. This requires a firm grasp of the psychology of sales, as well as a familiarity with consumer trends.
Accommodating business operations often requires extra infrastructure as well. We will strategically incorporate elevators, parking lots, and other features that would rarely be seen in the residential sphere.
Overall, we account for the way that the client’s business functions on a day to day basis. It should enable all business activities to not only be comfortable, but also as efficient as possible. This is true whether the client is serving customers in a fast-food restaurant, or manufacturing products in a large workshop.
We adapt to market trends and allow for business growth, even as the client’s industry evolves and changes.
Our team’s extensive experience will ensure that your project enjoys its own great success.
We help determine the look and feel of a client’s home by selecting and placing decorative elements such as paint, textiles, and furniture. This client-facing role involves meeting directly with clients to get a sense of how they intend to use their space and how they want it to feel. We work within clients’ budgets to bring a room to life.
One of our most significant duties is meeting directly with clients before, during, and after working on their space. In the initial meeting, we gathers information related to the client’s budget, timeline, and aesthetic and functional preferences. Throughout the decoration process, the client provides us with feedback and direction.
After meeting with clients, we develops several decorative plans and presents them to the client. We may present several big-picture options and ideas to the client, who then selects the idea they want to pursue. During this process, we also determines whether a plan is feasible based on a client’s budget and timeline.
We manage budgets and schedules throughout the decoration process. Budget management involves not only ensuring that decorations and furniture stay within the client’s budget, but also ensuring profitability for the interior decorator. Managing schedules and deadlines is equally important, as we maintain a steady workflow and meet client expectations to stay profitable.
